Into the Hills
Sometimes a walk in the hills is the best way to catch your breath, to recover the deep rhythm of breathing in and out, of paying attention. When you round the bend you are into the local wilderness of tall grasses and thistles, wildflowers and shrubs, rabbits, snakes and lizards. The blurry blue ocean fills the view where the hills dip down, and you breathe it all in, in and out.
